By purchasing a tarot card reading from Erika Szabo, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

The tarot card readings provided are for entertainment and guidance purposes only, as set out by Trading Standards. They are not intended to replace professional advice, including but not limited to legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Erika Szabo shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
Erika Szabo cannot provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a tarot reading. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Fitness for Reading

You must be in a clear and fit state of mind to receive a reading. You agree not to partake in alcohol, recreational drugs, or any other substances that could impair your judgment before or during the session. If you appear to be under the influence of substances, the session may be terminated, and no refund will be issued.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during your reading will remain strictly confidential. Your personal details will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed upon in advance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a refund
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or missed appointments will not be refunded.
  • Refunds are not issued for completed sessions.
  • Whilst all readings are given in good faith some information may come across as an opinion or judgement, this is wholly unintentional.
  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information given during the reading or from information within Our Site.
  • Under current English Law we are obliged to advise you that all readings are carried out for entertainment and experimental purposes only.

7. Disclaimer

  • Tarot readings are subjective and depend on your personal interpretation.
  • Outcomes discussed during a reading are not guaranteed.
  • You are solely responsible for decisions made based on your reading.
  • No medical, legal, or financial advice is provided during any reading. If you require such advice, please consult with a qualified professional.

8. Force Majeure

Erika Szabo is not liable for any delay or failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By purchasing a tarot reading, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Recording of Readings

Readings are NOT recorded so you can be reassured of full confidentiality. If you wish to record a reading you must also obtain consent from Erika Szabo, espressly if you intend to replay it to any third party.
